Recess fitting: Measure the width and drop inside the window recess. The blind will fit inside the recess.

Exact fit: Measure the exact width of the recess. The fabric will be approximately 4cm narrower than the stated size to allow for brackets.

Outside recess: For maximum light blocking, we recommend fitting outside the recess and measuring at least 15cm wider than your window recess.

• You need at least 10cm depth inside the recess to fit this blind
• Check that protruding handles and dado rails will not interfere with the fabric
• The fabric can be rolled over the tube instead of behind to avoid handles
• Two-way brackets allow top fix or face fix installation
• All fixings, brackets, and controls included - you just need a drill
• Installation takes approximately 10-15 minutes

• Always leave at least one turn of fabric on the roller tube to avoid excess strain

We want you to feel confident when choosing blinds for your home. That’s why all our blinds come with a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

For added peace of mind, you can extend your cover to a total of 5 years by registering your warranty using the QR code included with your order.

Your guarantee period

Your standard 12-month guarantee begins on the date of purchase. If you register for the extended warranty, your cover runs for a total of 5 years from that same purchase date.

Please keep your order confirmation and warranty registration details, as these will help us locate your purchase if you need to make a claim.

What is covered?

Our guarantee covers faults caused by manufacturing defects, including:

• Defects in the materials used to make your blind.
• Faults in workmanship.
• Faulty operating mechanisms arising from a manufacturing defect.

Cover applies when the blind has been fitted and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s fitting and operating instructions.

What is not covered?

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect fitting or misuse, including operating the blind in a way that does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

When assessing a claim, we will review the photographs or videos you provide to help establish the cause of the issue. If we need a closer look before reaching a decision, we may ask for the blind to be returned for inspection.

How to make a claim

If you experience a problem with your blind, please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue and when you first noticed it.
• Clear photographs showing the fault.
• A short video, where helpful, particularly if the issue concerns the operating mechanism.

We will review the information and explain the next steps. If we need any further details, we will let you know.

If your blind needs to be returned

If we cannot establish the cause of the fault from photographs or videos, we may require the blind to be returned for inspection.

We will provide a prepaid returns label so you can take the parcel to your nearest available drop-off location. Please contact us before returning your blind so we can arrange this for you.

How we will resolve a manufacturing fault

If your blind is confirmed to have a fault covered by the guarantee, we will replace it.

Where a like-for-like replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, we will refund the original amount paid for the affected blind, together with any postage costs paid for it.

If we determine there is no fault

If no manufacture fault is found or we find defect due to misuse;

3. We will ask you to arrange collection of your blind from us with no refund.
