Extra peace of mind when measuring your blinds

Measuring for new blinds can feel daunting. For £10 per blind, our Remake Protection gives you reassurance that if you accidentally mismeasure, we’ll remake your protected blind once using your corrected measurements.

How it works

  1. Add protection to your basket
    Add Remake Protection alongside each blind you want to protect. Protection costs £10 per blind.
  2. Check the fit after delivery
    Check your blind promptly. If you’ve made a measuring mistake, contact us within 7 working days after delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Confirm your corrected measurements
    Carefully remeasure your window using our measuring guide and send us the correct dimensions. Please double-check these, as protection covers one remake only.
  4. Return your original blind
    We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can return your original blind at no cost to you. Our team will explain how to arrange the return.
  5. We’ll remake your blind
    We’ll make your replacement using the corrected measurements and deliver it at no extra delivery cost.

What does Remake Protection cover?

  • One remake per protected blind following an accidental measuring mistake.
  • Corrections to the width, drop or both.
  • A prepaid return label for your original blind.
  • A remake at no extra charge within the sizing allowance below.
  • Delivery of your replacement blind.

Remake sizing and charges

There is no extra charge if your replacement blind is smaller, or if neither its width nor its drop increases by more than 30cm compared with the original blind. The 30cm allowance applies separately to each dimension.

If either the width or the drop increases by more than 30cm, an additional charge may apply. We’ll confirm any charge with you before proceeding.

What you need to know

Remake Protection must be purchased alongside the blind you wish to protect. If you’re ordering several blinds, each blind needs its own £10 protection to be covered.

Your replacement will match your original choice of blind, with only the measurements changed. Protection does not cover changes of mind about the colour, fabric or style.

Each protected blind is eligible for one remake only. Further measuring errors are not covered, so please check your revised measurements carefully.

You must contact us to make your claim within 7 working days after your blind is delivered.

Remake Protection is an optional service covering measuring mistakes. It is separate from your product guarantee and does not affect your statutory rights.
